Antidepressants are among the most commonly used medications during pregnancy. Little is known about the possible effects of continuing or discontinuing antidepressant use during pregnancy on the overall health of the mother and baby. This study is investigating the effect of discontinuing use of antidepressants during pregnancy on maternal behavior as well as on the cognitive and behavioral development of infants.
